WanT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT ME? well you’ve come to the right place.
Hey..
thanks so much for taking the time to find out a bit more about me…i am honestly still figuring myself out - even now in my 40’s i sometimes wonder where i belong or what i’m meant to be doing… but one thing i do know is that photographs have always played a big part in my life… whether it is going through the big boxes of random old photos with my grandparents when i was little, trying to figure out who all the relatives were, figuring out who they looked like and what similarities we shared…
and now i have thousands of snaps on my iphone that i am constantly meaning to try and cut down.. and i am looking at photos of my own children when they were little - and being taken straight back to those moments….
i have always found comfort and pleasure in viewing and taking photographs - maybe its because i know how powerful they are…
when we look at photographs that mean something - we feel something and that is why i do this work..

I’m All About -
I am all about connection… when it comes to photography i believe that its always connection that shines through..
I am a mum of 2 boys, so I really understand how difficult it can be to try and get that perfect photo… so I really gave up a long time ago and learned to embrace the moment - because thats when their personality really shows… I am a lover of the outdoors… you will often find me at our little 25 year old caravan we have on a farm - I am a silly billy and despite being in my 40s I really believe that play and spontaneity are some of the best gifts you can give yourself.
I am a fierce protector but also a very loyal and gentle soul, my friends would say I’m a good kind of weird - probably because I can be a bit goofy at times… but this can really help break the ice when we work together! I really don’t mind if you’re laughing at me or with me…
I have a few tattoos.. some are super sentimental, some are too many tequilas.. but I love them all because they remind me to never take life too seriously and that I really can make my own rules…
I really hope that my open and warm personality along with a sprinkle of my silliness help you to feel super comfortable as we work together to tell your story…
And another thing -
I am a reformed perfectionist… i spent too many years of my life believing if things weren’t perfect then they were worthless…
Now this is the opposite of how I try and live my life… there is always beauty and learning to come from everything.. which is why photography really speaks to me.. because I see the beauty in the mundane.. this is why I love candid photography because it truly helps your true personalities shine through.
When we work together I will always do my best to capture you in a way that you will see yourself in the beautiful light that other people see you.
